This guide explains, in simple terms, how it is calculated: we start from the actual kilometres between pick-up and delivery and add any adjustments needed for access or detours. The whole service runs by road, door to door and at a fixed price: the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay, with no surprises.

The amount covers door-to-door collection and delivery at points accessible by truck, full route planning, goods-in-transit insurance (CMR on international movements and equivalent cover on domestic ones) and support from our team throughout the process.

The final cost depends on the distance and on certain operational adjustments. Knowing them will help you save on your shipment.

• Rate per kilometre: usually ranges between €0.50/km and €0.90/km. Long journeys with flexible dates sit at the lower end of the range; short routes, urgent shipments or unusual itineraries move towards the upper limit. The range varies with seasonal demand, fuel and truck availability on each corridor.
• Vehicle dimensions: length, width and height determine the space it takes up on the truck and may require operational adjustments.
• Weight and load: the total cannot exceed the truck’s legal limits; if it does, a different car carrier may be needed.
• Drivability: if the car cannot get onto the platform under its own power, additional loading equipment is used, which increases the amount.
• Access and detours: narrow streets or height restrictions mean agreeing alternative points; each detour is priced by adding the extra kilometres (detour in km × rate).

With those factors in mind, here is how to get a cheaper move:

• Book in advance and stay flexible with dates: the wider your loading and delivery window, the easier it is to optimise routes and adjust the rate.
• Choose accessible points for the truck if your street is difficult: you avoid surcharges.
• Provide photos and details of the vehicle (condition, measurements, height) to prevent surprises.
• Avoid rush jobs (same-day / next-day) whenever you can.

• Domestic shipments: usually completed between 24 hours and 3 days.
• International shipments within the EU: typically 3 to 7 days, depending on the route and truck availability.

Plan with some leeway: the more flexibility you allow on collection and delivery dates, the easier it is to find a slot on an optimised route and secure a better rate.

We issue invoices in line with European VAT rules. The tax treatment depends on who books the service, where they are based and whether the movement is domestic or intra-EU.

• Private customers (B2C): the amount is invoiced with whatever VAT applies under the rules governing the transport service.
• Companies and sole traders (B2B): on intra-EU movements, if the customer provides a valid VAT number (VIES), the invoice may be issued under the reverse charge.
• Moves within Spain: the applicable Spanish VAT rate is charged on the service booked.
