When the destination is outside Spain, the documentation required varies depending on the destination country and whether the vehicle will remain there permanently or temporarily. As a general rule, the documents typically needed are the following:

• Vehicle registration document, valid and in the name of the current owner.
• Proof of ownership, particularly in purchase and sale transfers between private individuals or companies in different countries.
• Vehicle insurance with valid coverage for the countries through which the transport passes.
• Notarized authorization in cases where the vehicle is not traveling in the name of its registered owner.

Preparing the vehicle properly before pickup helps make the process more efficient and avoids potential complications during transport. These are the recommendations we typically share with our customers:

• Check the fuel level. Ideally, the tank should be between a quarter and a third full: enough for loading and unloading maneuvers, but without unnecessary added weight.
