A simple, fast service at the best price
Moving a sports car bears no resemblance to relocating a standard passenger vehicle. Ground clearance, aerodynamic kits, low-profile tyres and, above all, the financial and emotional value of each unit demand a level of planning far beyond the conventional. At Car Transport Europe we handle the transport of supercars, GTs and Hypercars with our own resources, no middlemen and fixed quotes from the very first contact.
Our client base ranges from private owners and premium dealerships to auction houses, specialised garages, track day organisers and buyers acquiring vehicles abroad. Each assignment is handled individually: from the one-off shipment of a Porsche between two cities to the coordination of several units for a rally or a private event. Discretion, traceability and vehicle care are the three pillars on which we design every operation.
Pricing transparency is another of our hallmarks. Before confirming the booking you will receive a detailed proposal with the total service cost, no pending items and no open-ended concepts. We want you to make the decision with all the information on the table and the final invoice to match exactly what was agreed at the start, with no adjustments or later surprises.
What our clients say
The opinion of those who have already trusted us is the best endorsement of our way of working. Owners of supercars, GTs and Hypercars have trusted their units to our team to move them across Spain and Europe, and they reflect that in their reviews.
How we look after your car during transit
Protecting a supercar during transport comes down to the details. We work with a specific protocol for this segment combining technical wheel-strap securing —rather than fixing the car by the chassis or by suspension components—, platforms suited to vehicles with reduced ground clearance and drivers trained in the handling of exclusive brands. That combination is what guarantees maximum protection throughout the entire journey, from the first loading movement to the final delivery.
Our team is used to the transport of high-end supercars and knows the technical particularities of every model family: approved towing points, manufacturer restrictions for lifting, the specific transport modes some units activate from the dashboard and the small details that set a Ferrari apart from a McLaren or a Lamborghini from an Aston Martin. That technical sensitivity is what prevents the minor incidents that, on a vehicle of this value, make all the difference.
Maximum protection for supercars and Hypercars
Modern Hypercars and supercars incorporate extremely sensitive technology: adaptive damping, front-axle lift modes, high-voltage batteries on hybrid models and powertrain configurations that require specific protocols before being moved. Before each loading we review the manufacturer’s instructions for the specific unit and apply the right procedure, with no shortcuts and no generic solutions.
Wheel-strap securing is the option we recommend for this profile of vehicles. Instead of transferring the fixing force to the chassis or to the suspension arms, the system retains the car by all four wheels using calibrated straps, generating no tension on the bodywork or on the mechanical components. This method is particularly important on cars with active suspension or on units with collector value, where any mark or misalignment would directly affect the vehicle’s market price.
Specialists in low-profile cars, spoilers and aerodynamic modifications
Sports cars with reduced ground clearance —many GTs, virtually every supercar and the entire Hypercar segment— require platforms and ramps adapted to low-vehicles. A conventional-pitch ramp can cause contact with the front splitter, the side skirts or the rear diffuser, damage that is generally costly to repair and, in some cases, irreversible if the parts involved are original carbon fibre.
To prevent this we use extending shallow-angle ramps, levelling chocks and boards when needed and, on particularly delicate units, platforms with a ground-lowering system. This approach is essential on cars with full aerodynamic kits, deployable spoilers, active wings or modifications that reduce the distance to the road: limited editions, Track versions, homologated builds or recognised tuner work. Each case is assessed before confirming the service so we arrive with the right equipment.
Our transport process
Quote and online booking
The service begins with a quick request via the website form or by phone. We just need you to tell us the make and model of the car, the pick-up address, the destination and the date range in which you need the shipment. If the car has any particularities —reduced ground clearance, track-spec aerodynamic kit, fragile wheels or any specific build— it’s worth mentioning them at this first contact so we can tailor the proposal to the actual vehicle.
Every request is reviewed by a member of the team, not an automated system. That personalised approach allows us to fine-tune the offer to the real characteristics of the assignment and to suggest alternatives whenever the combination of dates and route allows for optimisation. You will usually receive the quote on the same working day as the enquiry.
- No-obligation proposal: the enquiry has no cost and does not commit you to anything.
- Fixed price from the start: the quoted price matches the final invoice, with no pending items.
- Specialist advice: you deal with someone who knows the sports car segment and answers questions properly.
Pick-up at an agreed point in Spain and Europe
Once the booking is confirmed, we agree a time window with you for the pick-up. The driver arrives at the agreed location, carries out a visual inspection of the car in the owner’s presence and documents the unit’s condition: existing marks, wheels, bumpers, side skirts and any relevant detail. This check-in protocol matters especially with sports cars, where painted surfaces and aerodynamic parts are particularly sensitive.
Loading is carried out using equipment suited to the vehicle: shallow-angle ramps when the car has reduced ground clearance, fixing points compatible with the mechanics and straps for wheel-strap securing. If the car won’t start, has been off the road for some time or has a specific anti-theft system, we handle that too —we just need you to mention it when requesting the quote so we can prepare the right loading equipment and size the timings correctly.
We pick up at private addresses, dealerships, specialist workshops, storage facilities, circuits, exhibition venues and any other point we agree on across Spain or Europe. If the address has tricky access —historic centres, narrow streets, gated communities with height restrictions— we propose a nearby and operationally viable point where we can complete the manoeuvre with no risk to the vehicle.
Delivery and check
Throughout the journey you stay in direct contact with the operations team, which coordinates with the driver to verify that the service is progressing as expected. If any incident arises —traffic jams, adverse weather conditions or logistical adjustments— we let you know immediately and recalculate the estimated timings. Continuous traceability is one of the aspects most appreciated by owners of extremely high-value vehicles.
Delivery is carried out at the agreed destination following the same protocol as the pick-up. Driver and recipient review the car’s condition together, cross-check it against the document signed at origin and, if everything matches, the delivery note is signed and the service is closed. On international operations we also handle the transit documentation needed for the shipment between countries to proceed without administrative delays.
Trust professionals to transport your sports car
How to prepare your car before pick-up
Adequate prior preparation speeds up the loading manoeuvre and minimises the risk of any incident during the service. Sports cars, given their technical particularities and the aesthetic care their owners typically devote to them, call for some specific precautions worth reviewing well before the agreed day.
Below are the guidelines we usually share with clients who entrust us with their supercars, GTs and Hypercars:
- Remove loose items from the cabin and the boot. Anything not secured can shift during transit and leave marks on leather, Alcantara or fine plastic trim.
- Keep the fuel tank between a quarter and a third of its capacity. It’s enough for loading and unloading manoeuvres and avoids unnecessary weight on the platform.
- Check tyre pressures. With wheel-strap securing, correct pressure ensures the fixing system works in optimal conditions.
- Review the front-axle lift mode if your car is fitted with one. Knowing how to activate and deactivate it makes manoeuvres easier in areas with speed bumps or steep ramps.
- Let us know about any mechanical particularity: specific transport modes, mandatory battery disconnection, brand-specific anti-theft systems, additional keys or any device that requires prior intervention.
- Document the current condition with your own photographs before pick-up. It’s a good practice we recommend to all owners of high-value cars.
If you have any doubt about preparing the vehicle, get in touch with us before the pick-up day and we’ll guide you through it.
Advantages of transporting your car with us
Entrusting the shipment of a sports car to a specialised company has a direct impact on the result of the service. The difference compared to a generic transport shows in the details: in the type of platform assigned to the operation, in the driver’s training, in the securing method, in the equipment available for low vehicles and in the response capacity when an unforeseen issue appears. These are the advantages highlighted by clients who have already entrusted us with their supercars and Hypercars:
- Own resources and drivers trained in exclusive brands. We do not subcontract the service. The professional moving your car is a permanent member of our team and knows the technical particularities of each model family, from activating the transport mode to the manufacturer-recommended anchor points.
- Specific protocol for high-value vehicles. Documented inspection before loading, wheel-strap securing, platforms adapted to low-profile cars and active communication during the journey. Each operation is designed around the vehicle, not the other way round.
- Fixed price and direct contact. We are not brokers. You always deal with the same point of contact, you receive a detailed proposal before the booking and the final invoice matches exactly what was agreed, with no pending items or later charges.
